About passwords

We can’t reset your password because we never had it. If an app of ours has a lock, it’s held by your phone: unlock with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode, and you can change the app lock from there — your data is never at risk from a forgotten app lock. If you chose optional encryption for an export, that key is yours alone. We can’t reset it. Nobody can. That’s what makes it yours.

About your data

You can leave with everything, anytime. Every app exports all of your data — complete, in spreadsheet-ready and human-readable formats — from inside the app, free, one tap. Erasing everything is just as direct, and offers the export first.

Refunds and purchases

Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store. Restore a purchase from inside the app with your Apple account — we’re never in that loop.
